Sun and sun light is very important for the world for survival and it has some health benefits as well; like vitamin – D. But as we know that excess of anything is bad, the sun is no exception. Too much exposure to sun and sun light can cause more harm than people realise.

It is important that correct measures are taken for protection from the sun. There are various ways to go about this. For example, curtains, sunscreen, umbrellas, shadows etc. But the best and smartest option would definitely be window films as most of the other options can only be utilised when you are out and also, they would only protect individuals.
